The Mediation & Law Offices of Paula Robinson is focused on providing family law mediation to help couples and families who are in the process of getting a divorce. Mediation

Mediation is an alternative to a traditional divorce. Mediation allows couples and families the opportunity to sit down with a neutral mediator to negotiate and reach an agreement on the issues in the divorce. Any agreement reached in mediation is "Your" agreement. It is entirely voluntary and based on mutual accord.

There are several advantages to choosing mediation over a traditional divorce including a more amicable resolution, less effect on the children because the parents are working together towards a resolution, less expensive, and more confidential than traditional divorce because you will not have to go through family court proceedings.

As a trained mediator, I facilitate the discussion, keep people working towards a resolution, and provide information about the law. If couples are able to reach an agreement during mediation I can draft the necessary legal documents required to finalize your divorce.
